Made with premium organically grown Macabeo grapes, from a top class team in the heart of Spain. This sparkling non-vintage white seduces with aromas of white blossom & Asian pear. Bright citrus and fresh Fuji apple follow, with white peach & honeydew melon, and a subtle savoury almond character on the finish. Light body, balanced, with a confident consistent fizz. A truly lovely, all-round sparkler from our friends at Zeno.
