Inspired by gin-making principles, ‘First Light’ is a bold and refreshing non-alcoholic spirit, best served in a highball glass, with plenty of ice and one large measure of ‘First Light’ to three parts premium light tonic water. Garnished with a slice of orange and a sage leaf to deliciously highlight ‘First Light’s zesty citrus, green herbaceous notes and piney juniper.
